Change: revalidation, rerouting

| Reservations based on this fare may be changed for dates and routing prior to scheduled departure but not later that two hours before scheduled departure time. Change fee 100 PLN / 25 EUR / 15 GBP (based on fare currency) per each person and segment must be collected, plus any applicable difference in airfare. If a change results in overpayment, any remaining balance will be forfeited. |
Name change (letting other person use your ticket)

There is a possibility of changing the name of a person for whom the ticket was primary issued. This change can not be done later than 2 hours before departure. However the change is only possible if one way ticket was purchased for at least 250.00 PLN / 50.00 EUR / 40.00 GBP*. Change fee is 100 PLN / 25 EUR / 15 GBP (based on fare currency) and will be collected per each person.
* The possibility of changing the passengers name is not applicable to all fares and can be limited for some offers. To change the passengers name it is necessary to contact agent for details at our Call Center +48 22 420 56 45 and +48 22 420 57 45.

Cancel, non-show, refund

This fare is non-refundable, if reservation was voluntary cancelled, non-show, all money associated with reservation at this fare are forfeited.

This fare is capacity controlled. Seats offered at this fare are limited and may not be available on all flights. This fare is subject to change until purchased.
